Lovely, cozy, and modern holiday home just 700 meters from a beautiful bathing beach

Welcome inside

A holiday stay close to the sea. Here you step into a bright and fun­ctio­nal summer house from 2008 with white-painted walls and ceilings, light tiled floors, and wooden floors in the bedrooms. The interior is simple and com­fortab­le, creating a calm setting for your holiday without too much noise or di­stra­ction. Please note that some furniture may have been replaced with other items than those shown in the photos.

The kitchen with a kitchen island is in open con­nection with the living room, allowing cooking and to­get­her­ness to naturally take place at the same time. The living room features large windows that provide plenty of natural light and access to the terrace. Enjoy relaxing on the sofa with a good book or some quality TV.

As the day comes to an end, the summer house offers great op­portu­ni­ties to unwind and enjoy the two bathrooms. One features a sunken spa bath and un­der­floor heating, where you can lean back and relax, while the other has a shower niche and un­der­floor heating.

Sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments are divided into two bedrooms with double beds, one room with a double sofa bed, and a loft with two ad­di­tio­nal sleeping places. A cot and high chair are also available.

Enjoy life outside

The outdoor area offers a large terrace with both a covered and an open section. There is plenty of space for outdoor dining, barbecue evenings, and quiet moments in the garden furniture. The garden also includes a sandpit and ample space for children to play.

When evening falls, you can sit outside and enjoy the calm and the cosy at­mosp­he­re around the summer house with a glass in hand.

The beach is located approx. 700 metres from the summer house and is a wide, inviting stretch of coastline with Blue Flag status. Here you can enjoy swimming, walks, and peaceful moments by the water.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The summer house is located in a family-friendly area with many ex­pe­ri­en­ces within easy reach. Within walking distance you will find the Kattegat Centre, where you can get close to marine life. Grenaa Marina is also nearby, offering maritime at­mosp­he­re, re­stau­rants, and crab fishing by the wa­ter­front.

A short drive takes you to Djurs Som­mer­land, featuring plenty of at­tra­ctions for both children and adults. You can also visit the Scan­di­navi­an Wildlife Park, the charming market town of Ebeltoft, National Park Mols Bjerge, or Ree Park with animals from all over the world.

On a rainy day, Randers Ra­in­fo­rest is an ideal excursion. The entire Djursland area also offers nature, culture, history, and great food ex­pe­ri­en­ces.
