Welcome inside

When you step into the house, you are greeted by a truly special atmosphere, where fine craftsmanship and thoughtful details come together in perfect harmony. The striking wooden beams stretching from floor to ceiling create a warm and rustic feel, while the handcrafted window sills and custom-designed bedside tables add a personal and solid touch. The wooden floors are carefully laid like tiles, tying the rooms together beautifully.

Colors and materials have been carefully selected to create a harmonious whole. The floral wallpaper blends elegantly with the white walls, giving the holiday home character and charm, while each bathroom has its own unique expression – one with beautiful red tiles and the other in elegant blue. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, resulting in a cohesive and polished feel throughout the house.

In the large living area, which opens onto the covered barbecue terrace, you can relax together or separately while enjoying the room’s wonderful natural light and the crackle of the wood-burning stove on cooler days. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the dining area is bright and roomy, and the living area is comfortable with a soft sofa and TV.

The house offers five lovely bedrooms, all designed with peace and comfort in mind. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each that can easily be combined into doubles.

The activity room is the finishing touch, offering space for both play and relaxation. Here you can challenge each other to table football or table tennis, or settle down around the table for games and creative projects. The wide window niche with soft cushions invites quiet moments with a good magazine, while the children can enjoy building with Lego.

Enjoy life outside

The grounds around the house are newly laid and completely fresh, as the house was only completed in March 2026. Even though the grass hasn’t had a chance to grow yet, the large, spacious wooden terrace is already ready for holiday enjoyment. It offers several cozy corners where you can gather for meals, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply relax and listen to the birds singing. In the evening, lanterns or outdoor lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for pleasant conversations, a glass of wine, or quiet moments under the stars. The terrace serves as a natural gathering place, providing room for play, relaxation, and quality time – even without grass.

Remember, you are less than 1 km from the delightful, child-friendly bathing beach.

Get up close to the local attractions

Fjellerup Strand is an old, charming fishing village that has become a popular holiday destination on the beautiful coast of Northern Djursland. The beach is perfect for families with children, with shallow, calm water and soft sand – ideal for paddling, building sandcastles, or taking the day’s first dip in the clear water.

The surrounding nature is varied and invites exploration. Small paths and winding roads lead through forests, across fields, and to the coast’s best viewpoints – perfect for walking, running, or cycling. Anglers will also find their own little paradise along the coast, where the waves hide exciting catches. Fjellerup has its own grocery store open year-round, a bakery and restaurants, as well as a small museum and a church.

All of Djursland offers plenty of exciting excursions and activities. Nearby, you can visit the impressive stone dolmens at Tustrup or take a trip to the beautiful Mejlgård Castle. Just a fifteen-minute drive away is Djurs Sommerland, offering thrills and fun for the whole family, and in half an hour you can reach the charming market town of Grenå, where the Kattegat Centre provides fascinating encounters with sharks, penguins, seals, and other remarkable marine animals and plants. If you have more time, be sure to explore southern Djursland, Aarhus, or Randers.
