Step into this cozy summer house with exciting angles and high ceilings, where sunlight streams through the large windows and fills the living room with warm colors. The lovely kitchen, spacious dining area, and living room with a com­fortab­le sofa group flow together into one open space, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the garden, and spend evenings in front of the wood-burning stove with a good book or a film on TV.

After a day full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces, you can relax in the summer house’s spa and let the bubbles loosen your muscles, or warm up in the sauna.

The house has four com­fortab­le bedrooms – 2 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds each. A guest toilet ensures everyone has space and comfort during the stay.

Enjoy life outside

The garden is sunny, private, and fully enclosed, so both children and dogs can play safely and freely. Tall trees along the edges create a beautiful and peaceful frame for the garden, while the large lawn invites ball games, play, and fun for the whole family.

The playset with swings and slide, along with the charming playhouse, quickly becomes the day’s favorite for the little ones. And for those keeping an eye on the children, you can relax and enjoy yourself on the terrace at the same time. If it gets too warm or the children get hungry along the way, there’s an awning, providing shade and comfort.

The terrace, facing east, south, and west, is perfect for morning coffee as the day slowly begins, for sun­bat­hing, and for long evenings enjoyed with delicious barbecue meals and cozy con­ver­sa­tion. Here, you can truly feel the holiday spirit.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Fjellerup Beach is a charming old fishing village that today is a popular holiday area on the North Djursland coast. The beach is child-friendly with shallow water, Blue Flag cer­ti­fi­ca­tion, and a lovely sandy bottom, offering a safe place for the whole family to enjoy a swim. Behind the beach, you’ll find small dunes and quaint alleys, giving the area an authentic and peaceful at­mosp­he­re.

The nature around Fjellerup is both beautiful and varied. Follow winding hiking trails through forests and fields, or take a cycling trip along the small roads me­an­de­ring through the co­un­trysi­de. Spring is espe­ci­al­ly en­chan­ting when the rapeseed fields are yellow and the deciduous forests unfold in the most beautiful light green shades. Anglers will also find excellent op­portu­ni­ties along the coast.

The area offers many child-friendly ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Go on an adventure in the Scan­di­navi­an Wildlife Park, learn about life in the sea at the Kattegat Centre, or visit the Coast and Fjord Centre, where both young and old can ex­pe­ri­en­ce nature up close. From the house, it’s only a 15-minute drive to Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries, and a half-hour drive to Grenaa with cozy cafés and shops.

Within an hour’s drive, you can also explore the southern part of Djursland or visit Aarhus, Jutland’s vibrant capital, offering a wealth of culture, shopping, and ex­pe­ri­en­ces.
