It has an at­tra­cti­ve, bright living room with modern furniture, a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. You can prepare meals in the at­tra­cti­ve kitchen and enjoy them at the dining table. The holiday home has two com­fortab­le bathrooms, making it ideal for a holiday with the whole family. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a luxurious whirlpool, which promises soothing moments of re­laxa­tion after a long day on holiday. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can round off the evening with a hot sauna session or two. Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area around Øer is a wonderful holiday desti­na­tion. All around you will find many places where there is plenty to do for young and old. You can look forward to a child-friendly beach, forest and nature. The Øer Maritime holiday complex is just a short walk away, where you will find a grocery shop open in summer, a sports hall and a bistro. Mountain bikers will love the 13-kilometre MTB trail with varying degrees of dif­fi­culty. The harbour of the pi­c­tu­resque town of Ebeltoft is around ten minutes away by car. The harbour boasts a maritime at­mosp­he­re, good re­stau­rants and the op­portu­ni­ty to buy fresh fish, good wines and glass art. The harbour promenade takes you past the famous glass museum and the frigate Jylland and on to the Malt­fa­brik­ken. A stroll through the old cobbled alleyways past small houses and hol­lyho­cks is not to be missed. You will come across small shops, cosy cafés and lovely re­stau­rants eve­rywhe­re. The town's most visited at­tra­ction is the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year. In the vicinity of the holiday home area, you will come across the Jern­hat­ten hill, which was created during the last ice age and is 49 metres high. Once at the top, you can enjoy a mar­vel­lous view over the eastern part of the Mols peninsula and the small island of Hjelm. The largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Som­mer­land, and the popular Ree Park are ideal for an exciting family day out.
