We are delighted that you have chosen to spend your vacation in our vacation home. We hope that the house and the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings will provide the perfect setting for some wonderful and memorable days for you.

One of the things we love most about the area is the lovely beach and the calm waters. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries.

The house ori­gi­nal­ly served as an allotment garden cottage, but in 2008 it was expanded and renovated into the vacation home you see here today.

If you’re lucky (and quiet as a mouse), the local deer often stop by the garden. Be sure to look for them, but “greet” them gently from a distance so they don’t get scared.

Life in and around the house

There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties here for both activity and total re­laxa­tion. Here are a couple of our own favorites: The garden and terrace: Enjoy the beautiful view right from the sun lounger, fire up the grill in the evening, and let the vacation vibe set in.

• The Frigate Jylland: A fantastic and historic ex­pe­ri­en­ce for both young and old in Ebeltoft.

• Ebeltoft Gård­bryg­ge­ri: Perfect for a cold re­fres­h­ment and a great at­mosp­he­re.

• The charming streets of Ebeltoft, with unique shops and great places to eat.

• Malt­fa­brik­ken, which also offers great en­tertain­ment for the kids

• Coasters are available in the house—please use them to protect the win­dowsills and tables.

• Manuals for lamps (light bulb re­pla­ce­ment), Bluetooth speakers, the internet, and darts can be found in the blue folder in the kitchen.

• The gray trash can is for general waste, the green square trash can is for plastic, and the green round trash can is for food waste (using a green trash bag).

• Do not go up on or onto the roofs—they are not meant to be walked on, and it is dangerous. We ap­pre­ci­a­te you taking good care of the house and the neig­h­bor­hood.

In general, we simply ask that you use your common sense and take care of things as if they were your own.
