Step inside this beautiful and well-main­tai­ned holiday home where comfort and cosiness go hand in hand. The house offers a bright and inviting living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump - the perfect place to relax after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res. From the living room there is direct access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the first rays of the sun. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a dis­hwas­her, so you can spend less time on practical chores and more time on holiday. The house's four bedrooms ensure plenty of space for the whole family - two rooms with double beds and two rooms with bunk beds. To top it off, you'll find two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath and sauna - perfect for relaxing after an active day.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoor life is lived in style here! The house is sur­ro­un­ded by lovely terraces with great garden furniture, so there's always a spot of sun or shade to be found. The large garden is a paradise for young and old alike, where children can let loose in the sandpit or take a swing while the adults enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit. When the sun goes down, you can roast mars­h­mal­lows over the fire and enjoy the cosy at­mosp­he­re under the open sky. If you have an electric car, you can also charge it here.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area around Øer is a cosy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed by shallow water and sand. However, the beach can be a mixture of stones and sand in some places. If you're into mountain biking, there is a 13 km long track in the area, which is divided into different levels of dif­fi­culty. From the house it's a 5-minute drive to the harbour in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. At the harbour you'll also find several good places to eat and there is always the op­portu­ni­ty to buy freshly caught fish. In Ebeltoft town's cosy cobbled streets, you'll find many exciting shops with e.g. han­di­crafts and small cosy cafés. Here you'll also find the town's most visited at­tra­ction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, are just an hour's drive from the house. We also recommend a visit to one or more of the many other parks that Djursland has to offer, such as Ree Park, Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark and last but not least, we recommend a long walk in Mols Bjerge National Park.
