On the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy life in all kinds of weather: eat breakfast in the sun, lean back with a good book in the shade, or relax with a glass of wine as the dew falls. There is room for both barbecues and relaxed summer evenings. Just 200 metres from the house, you will find Begtrup Vig Beach – a gem on the Kattegat coast where you can swim, collect stones or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The house also welcomes dogs, so the whole family can come along. Here you will find peace, nature and to­get­her­ness – right outside your door.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

You are located on the southern tip of Djursland – an area full of nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and cultural gems. Take a walk to the nearby Slet­ter­ha­ge Ligh­t­hou­se, where you can enjoy the view of the sea and delve into the area's maritime history. From here, there is a good chance of spotting both seals and large ships passing through the Kattegat.

If you want to explore more, Mols Bjerge National Park is nearby – a true paradise of hiking trails, hilly landsca­pes and viewpo­ints. You can also take a trip to the charming market town of Ebeltoft, where half-timbered houses, cafés and the frigate Jylland create a very special at­mosp­he­re. And if the children need a little more exci­te­ment, Djurs Som­mer­land is only a short drive away. Here you can enjoy ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both body and soul – all year round.
