Step into this bright, friendly, and modern vacation home—where the vacation vibe starts right at the front door. Here you'll find lovely un­der­floor heating, stylish and com­fortab­le fur­nis­hin­gs, and beautiful details throug­hout. The open-plan kitchen-living room with dining area forms the heart of the house, and the unique view of Aarhus Bay dominates from almost every room. The cozy living room with com­fortab­le furniture invites you to relax and socialize. With several bedrooms, one of them with ad­ju­stab­le beds, and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for both privacy and cosiness – ideal for couples with teenagers or families with small children. Inside, eve­ryt­hing has been carefully thought out so that there is room for so­ci­a­li­sing without com­pro­mi­sing on peace and comfort. After enjoying the spa, it will be wonderful to relax in a warm sauna and perhaps rinse off af­terwards under the outdoor shower, which is also located by the house.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, you will find a lovely terrace and a spacious garden – the perfect place for sun­bat­hing, bar­becu­ing, and outdoor living. The beach spa offers wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces all year round, and of course, the unique view is always there. The partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy the daylight hours of your vacation – even when the sky is cloudy – and the garden offers cozy nooks for play. There is a direct path to the private beach, which is less than 50 meters away. Enhance the cozy factor with birdsong in the ba­ck­gro­und and the warm Danish summer air. A place where you can com­ple­te­ly relax and holiday memories begin to form – out in the open air. The kayak is not included in the rental.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Based in Djursland, you are sur­ro­un­ded by some of Denmark's most beautiful at­tra­ctions and nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. You have easy access to child-friendly sandy beaches with shallow water – perfect for playing and swimming. Take a trip to Ebeltoft with its charming cobbled streets, local cafés, and glass art at the Glass Museum. Adre­na­li­ne and fun await at Djurs Som­mer­land, just a 15-minute drive away, and nature and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces such as Kalø Castle Ruins, Mols Bjerge National Park, Randers Ra­in­fo­rest, and the Kattegat Center are within easy reach. Local eateries, a lively harbor, and a charming market town at­mosp­he­re are also close by – ready to be explored and enjoyed.
