Built in 1969 and fully renovated in 2014, the house has managed to preserve its original charm while offering a modern touch. As you step into the large, inviting living room, you are im­me­di­a­te­ly greeted by a warm at­mosp­he­re. The cozy brick con­ser­va­tory with a fireplace adds both warmth and ambiance, while you relax in the com­fortab­le furniture. In the beautiful glass con­ser­va­tory, which is designed as a separate dining room, you can enjoy your meals while over­look­ing the wonderful nature. The view of the heath, where deer, hares, and pheasants oc­ca­sio­nal­ly appear, is a stunning sight that makes mealtimes even more special. The kitchen, con­ve­ni­ent­ly connected to the living room, is well-equipped, offering eve­ryt­hing you need. There are two good bathrooms – one large with un­der­floor heating and a shower, and a smaller one with a shower. The washing machine is available if you need to do laundry. When it’s time to sleep, the house offers several cozy sleeping spaces. There’s a large double bedroom with a wardrobe and direct access to the large bathroom, another double bedroom, and a room with bunk beds – perfect for the kids. For the youngest guests, there is both a chil­dren's bed and a high chair, so the whole family can feel at home.

The holiday home is nestled on a beau­ti­ful­ly well-main­tai­ned natural plot, where the peace and beauty of nature embrace you from the moment you step into your very own outdoor oasis – a place where you can breathe deeply and let the holiday spirit soak in. The house is sur­ro­un­ded by several lovely terraces and cozy sun corners, providing the perfect setting for both re­laxa­tion and so­ci­a­lizing. Whether you want to unwind with a good book in the shade, enjoy a quiet moment on a sunny terrace, or gather with loved ones for a lovely meal, this place is ideal. For the children, the lawn is a true play­gro­und, where they can run around, play ball, or come up with their own ad­ven­tu­res.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Grenaa is a true paradise for nature lovers and those who want to explore local at­tra­ctions. Some might say that Grenaa has the best beach on Djursland, and there’s no doubt it’s a gorgeous beach. Just a 10-minute walk from the house will take you to the Kattegat Centre and Grenaa Marina, where you and your family can enjoy a day with sharks, penguins, and seals or try your hand at crabbing. You can also grab an ice cream or simply enjoy the view of the harbor and boats. From Grenaa Harbor, there are ferry con­nections to both Sweden and Anholt, where Anholt offers its unique "desert" and the calm, local island life. In the town of Grenaa, you can enjoy the pe­de­stri­an streets and stop for a re­fres­h­ment or dine at one of the many re­stau­rants. If you're in­te­r­e­sted in history, make sure to visit Museum Østjylland for an in­tri­gu­ing glimpse into Djursland’s past, or visit the local church. For a burst of adre­na­li­ne or just to let the kids loose, head to Djurs Som­mer­land for thrilling rides.
