The first house is designed as a charming retreat where the ar­chi­tec­tu­re, natural light, and beautiful sur­ro­un­dings take centre stage.

The heart of the home is the large living area, where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge merge into one open and inviting space. Here, the wood-burning stove and the large lounge sofa create cosy moments throug­hout the year, while the fantastic influx of light, large windows, and im­pres­si­ve ceiling height provide a truly special at­mosp­he­re. From the living area, you can enjoy views of the terraces and the lush nature plot, which almost feels as though it extends indoors. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom, while the first floor offers a de­light­ful bedroom with access to its own private balcony.

The second house is furnished in the same stylish manner and provides ad­di­tio­nal space for family and friends. Here, you will find four bedrooms with double beds, a well-appointed bathroom with a washing machine, and a cosy hallway featuring a wood-burning stove. Most rooms have direct access to the terraces, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the scenic sur­ro­un­dings in your bathrobe.

Enjoy life outdoors

Just 200 metres from the beach lies one of the area’s most at­mosp­he­ric nature plots. Here, you can enjoy complete privacy on a large and beautiful plot where there is no space for football games, but where nature provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Sur­ro­un­ding the houses is an im­pres­si­ve wooden terrace with plenty of cosy corners and outdoor seating areas. No matter the time of day, you can always find a peaceful spot to enjoy the tranquil­li­ty and fresh air. Beautiful planting borders the terrace and continues along the property bo­un­da­ri­es, creating shelter, privacy, and a wonderful feeling of being sur­ro­un­ded by nature.

After a trip to the beach, rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower before ending the day with a delicious meal from the barbecue.

The wide sandy beach and calm waters make the area ideal for long walks by the sea, a re­fres­hing morning swim, or relaxing hours over­look­ing the Kattegat.

The nature along the northern coast is varied and inviting. A network of small trails winds through forests, open landsca­pes, and along the shoreline, providing excellent op­portu­ni­ties for hiking and cycling. The area is also well known among anglers and attracts windsur­fers who ap­pre­ci­a­te the fa­vou­rab­le coastal con­di­tions.
