While you relax on the sofa, your children can have fun in the play corner. The play corner not only has a few toys and books, but also a 60 x 170 cm chil­dren's bed. From the living room you can access the terrace. Every evening you can spend cosy and at­mosp­he­ric moments at the dining table or on the beautiful sofa - perfect for playing games together, watching an exciting film, reading in peace or simply watching the fli­ck­e­ring flames in the wood-burning stove. The fun­ctio­nal kitchen is open-plan and adjoins the living and dining area. This allows you to enjoy the proximity and company of your loved ones even while preparing your daily meals. The rest of the living space is given over to a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine. In the annexe, there is an ad­di­tio­nal bedroom with a double bed and a separate WC - perfect for guests or older children who already value a little privacy.

While you relax on one of the two good terraces, your children will have fun running around. With its generous surface area, the property offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for play and acti­vi­ties. After active rounds of play with the children in the grass, you can sit down in the sun with a fresh coffee or prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue. The natural charm of the property is the perfect backdrop for your cosy time together.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Your holiday home is located in a pretty and peaceful holiday home area, just 3 ki­lo­metres from Ree Park. Ree Park is a great safari park where your family can take a trip by train or Land Rover into the fa­sci­nat­ing world of wild animals. The lake ‘Stubbe Sø’ to the north-west of your house invites you to go cycling and hiking in wooded sur­ro­un­dings. Other excursion desti­na­tions include the beautiful Jern­hat­ten hill, which dates back to the Ice Age, and Havmøllen, which often offers acti­vi­ties for young and old. We also recommend a trip to the Rugaard manor house and the unique Glatved beach, where you can swim and fish. The nature trail between Gravlev and Ebeltoft is only 2.5 ki­lo­metres from your holiday home - perfect for a nice hike. You can do your daily shopping at the grocery shop in Tirstrup, three ki­lo­metres away. The historic trading town of Ebeltoft, around 12 ki­lo­metres away, will enchant you with its maritime harbour area and beautiful old townscape as well as various in­te­r­e­sting sights, small shops and good re­stau­rants. Ebelt­oft's sights include the legendary frigate Jylland, the renowned glass museum and the historic town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus. Ebelt­oft's ny aalt cultural centre "Malt­fa­brik­ken" also offers a wide range of acti­vi­ties and events. Your children will have an un­for­get­tab­le time with an exciting, fun-filled day at the large Djurs Som­mer­land amusement park. Djurs Som­mer­land is just 20 ki­lo­metres away and can be reached quickly. In general, Djursland offers countless fantastic ex­pe­ri­en­ces for all ages and tastes.
