Our lovely cottage is located at the end of a road in peaceful and scenic surroundings
Just 200 meters from the beach, where a refreshing dip is highly recommended. In the evening, you can often hear the waves crashing on the beach as large boats sail by.
The beach also offers good fishing opportunities.
The property has a large wooden terrace with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun or retreat into the shade under the canopy of our comfortable lounge set.
Behind the house is forest and nature, and the area has many trails that invite you to take lovely walks – both in the cottage area and along the beach.
In 2025, the house was fitted with a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new flooring throughout, giving it a modern, bright, and inviting appearance.
The garden is fenced in, except at the driveway, but wire mesh is available that can be rolled out as needed. The summer house is therefore suitable for both two- and four-legged guests.
It is only a few minutes' drive to Øer Ferieby and Ebeltoft town, where you will find a wealth of attractions, cozy cafés, and good shopping opportunities.
