House-ID: 8404Are you dreaming of a holiday where relaxation and fun activities go hand in hand? This modern and spacious holiday home from 2021 is perfect for those who want to combine comfort with plenty of opportunities both inside and outside
Welcome inside
Step into a holiday home where everything has been thought of to give you an unforgettable holiday. The open-plan kitchen/living room is the setting for cosy get-togethers where conversations can flow freely while the food is being prepared. For those who love games, the house is equipped with a pool table and table football, while others can relax in the spa or warm up in the sauna. The house has 6 bedrooms - 4 in the main house and 2 in the annex - and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups.
Enjoy life outside
The large grounds offer plenty of space for both relaxation and activities. Dive into the hot hot tub or find peace and quiet in the shelter. The area around the house also invites you to explore - whether you prefer hiking, mountain biking trails or a relaxing walk down to the ferry dock.
Get up close to the local attractions
The area around Øer is a cosy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterised by shallow water and sand. However, the beach can be a mixture of stones and sand in some places. If you're into mountain biking, there is a 13 km long track in the area, which is divided into different levels of difficulty. From the house it's a 5-minute drive to the harbour in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. At the harbour you'll also find several good places to eat and there is always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. In Ebeltoft's cosy cobbled streets, you'll find many exciting shops with e.g. handicrafts and small cosy cafés. Here you'll also find the town's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, are just an hour's drive from the house. We also recommend a visit to one or more of the many other parks that Djursland has to offer, such as Ree Park, Skandinavisk Dyrepark and don't miss a trip to Mols Bjerge National Park - a paradise for nature lovers.

Recommendations from Holiday home owner
We love using our summer house to hang out with our friends or gather the extended family, which includes small children, teenagers, and young adults. The summer house really comes into its own with its many rooms and activities. Some want to go swimming in the wilderness, the teenagers just dream of sleeping in the shelter and enjoying the peace and quiet and the starry sky, while the little ones enjoy the large lawn for garden games or soccer. If the weather is bad, there is both a PlayStation and an activity room for those who quickly get bored. A large kitchen invites communal cooking and long mornings over coffee.
If we don't feel like cooking ourselves, we often go down to the Fregatten Jylland. They have a delicious restaurant. The waffle house on the pedestrian street for a large ice cream and visits to the many craft shops are also fixed on our list.
