One of the things (which many tenants mention in our guest book) is that to the east and on the kitchen side, the sun rises over the fields, and on a warm summer day, you can sit there and eat breakfast.
From the living room, through the garden door, there is a covered terrace facing south where you can barbecue, enjoy dinner, and watch the sunset over the fields and the summer cottage area.
I myself enjoy that most days there is plenty of shade on the property, and you can take a nap in the sun lounger on the terrace—completely undisturbed :)
The tenants also mention in the guest book that they think the house is very cozy and personally decorated (and I agree with them, because I am the one who enjoyed decorating and furnishing it :)
The house is beautifully situated with scenic views and a short walk to a lovely child-friendly sandy beach.
