In the center of the house, you’ll find a large, open living area where the kitchen, dining area, and lounge flow naturally together. From this space, there is a lovely view of the garden and sun terrace, so you can keep an eye on the children playing while preparing meals or relaxing on the com­fortab­le daybed. On cooler evenings, the warmth from the wood-burning stove creates a cozy at­mosp­he­re, and there is plenty of space to play games or watch a good movie – all in a warm, relaxed, and inviting setting.

The house features two bedrooms with double beds, where you can retreat and wake up to birdsong, as well as a charming bathroom with a washing machine, making it easy to handle pra­cti­ca­li­ties during your stay.

The grounds are enclosed, so you can keep a close eye on your little holiday guests and the family dogs.

At the front of the house, there is a lovely, covered terrace sur­ro­un­ded by gra­pe­vi­nes, perfect for starting the day with a quiet cup of coffee and fresh rolls as the sun slowly rises. On the other side of the house, there is another covered terrace – a perfect spot to relax on windy days. When the sun is high, you can move out to the large, sunny terrace with another dining table and com­fortab­le lounge furniture, enjoying the fresh air and the garden.

The house is only 500 meters from Grenå Beach, making it easy to take trips to the water, enjoy long walks along the shore, or let the children build sandcast­les. The house is also equipped with a charging point for electric cars, so your vehicle can be fully charged and ready for all the ex­pe­ri­en­ces Djursland has to offer.
