Interior

Not only the location is worth hig­hligh­ting, because the house itself is a very nice one with a practical floor plan and a nice at­mosp­he­re as well. In true holiday home style, there are bright wooden strips on the walls and through the windows you can look straight onto the green garden that surrounds the property. In the living-dining room, kitchen and living room are united, so it is here where all kinds of funny holiday acti­vi­ties take place, from cooking to good meals around the dining table and sofa re­laxa­tion near the wood burning stove. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, re­laxa­tion can take place in the sauna - possibly when you get home after windsur­fing in the fjord. And no matter what the daytime program is, you can look forward to a good night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms of the holiday home.

Outdoor

Both children and adults can enjoy being outdoors on the 840 m² plot. Here there is a nice lawn to romp on, and for the youngest there is both a sandbox and play­gro­und equipment. The whole family can gather around the campfire or on the partially covered terrace, which with its south-facing ori­en­ta­tion is perfectly situated with regard to the sun.

Location

On the small, closed road, the holiday homes are all set around a green common area. There is easy access to play­gro­unds and small paths that connect the roads in the green local area. It is also only a five minutes’ walk down to Ringkøbing Fjord and straight down to Bork Havn's popular surfing beach, where both beginners and advanced water sports ent­hu­si­asts can go out on the water - whether you like windsur­fing, kite surfing, SUP or kayaking. At the marina you can enjoy the cosy at­mosp­he­re and settle down at one of the eateries, or you can continue to the nearby beach, which is a kid-friendly place to bathe. If you are in­te­r­e­sted in birds or just love the beautiful nature and open spaces, it is recom­men­ded to visit Tipperne, the largest bird sanctuary in Northern Europe.
