Cozy holiday house with a winter garden, a burning stove and a secluded garden

Re­gard­less of the weather, you can always find the perfect place to stay here at Lin­ning­vej 17. This holiday house, which is centrally located in Bork Havn near the fjord, is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and a con­ser­va­tory, and in the secluded garden there are several lovely terraces to choose from.

Interior
The summer house was built in 1975 and was renovated in 2009 with lots of nice details. The updates can be seen, among other things, in the living room's open kitchen and in the bathroom, and the two bedrooms also appear bright and well-main­tai­ned. At the same time, the house's furniture has been selected so that it helps to stick to a classic holiday house style, and therefore the cozy at­mosp­he­re is alive and well indoors. In the living room you can gather near the stove with some hot cocoa and board games - or perhaps a good film on the TV, which has Danish and German channels as well as Chro­mecast. On a warm spring day or a bright summer evening, it is probably more obvious to move out into the adjacent garden room, where the large windows give you a clear view of the green garden and let the sunlight stream in.

Outdoor
The garden measures 990 m² and is fenced, so it is a good and safe place for children to play. The very youngest holiday guests will ap­pre­ci­a­te the sandbox and the play stand, while the whole family can take part in a football match or Viking game on the large lawn. If it's time for a break in the sun, you can lie down in the deck­chairs or gather for a good lunch around the garden table on one of the terrace areas around the cottage.

Location
Lin­ning­vej is a quiet small road in Bork Havn, and the house is almost at the end, so there is peace and quiet around you. If you want to explore more of Bork Havn, there are a few hundred meters to the grocery store, to re­stau­rants and the at­mosp­he­ric harbor en­viron­ment. At the city's child-friendly beach, you can swim in Ringkøbing Fjord, and if you want to surf, kayak or practice SUP, there is also the option of Bork Havn's good surf beach. Bork Playland and Bork Vikin­ge­havn are also some of the city's at­tra­ctions, while Skjern Enge, the Tipperne bird sanctuary, Blåbjerg Plantage with mountain bike tracks and Ny­min­de­gab Beach by the North Sea are among the local area's scenic excursion desti­na­tions.
