Interior
The house has been renovated in 2018, so it appears nice and well main­tai­ned. The modern furniture is both com­fortab­le and beautiful to look at, and then the suspended ceiling, the burning stove and the light wooden moldings on the walls provide just the right cottage at­mosp­he­re when you relax on the sofa or share a delicious meal around the dining table. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area is in open con­nection with the living room, where the burning stove is. From here you have access to a bedroom with a double bed, and at the end of the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate, and here in the room there is both floor heating and a washing machine. If you need extra beds, you can easily get to the annex, which is also furnished with a double bed.

Outdoor
Both the holiday home and the annex are sur­ro­un­ded by a lovely wooden terrace of 40 m². Thanks to the sur­ro­un­ding wooden fence, it is com­ple­te­ly closed, which is a nice detail if you have a dog or small children with you on holiday - and the fence also screens the outdoor living area a bit. The plot also has a gravel driveway and a well-kept lawn with a fire pit.

Location
The address on a small side road in Bork Hytteby is peaceful, so it is a good place to com­ple­te­ly relax and gather new energy. You can also recharge by going out into the green: for example, you can go to Bork Hytteby's small dinghy harbour, which has an outlet in Fahl Å. In the cozy holiday home area, there are also several good play­gro­unds and recre­a­tio­nal areas, and then there is easy access further into nature - for example to the Tipperne peninsula with its large salt meadows and rich bird life. From the holiday home, it is a short walking distance to Bork Vikin­ge­havn, and if you continue towards the center of Bork Havn, you will first pass the popular surf beach and then the town's cozy harbor en­viron­ment.
