Newly built quality house on a large natural plot

You will be staying in peaceful and scenic sur­ro­un­dings when your holiday takes place in this spa house in Halby. Completed in 2021, the house is situated on a beautiful natural plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and very close to the shoreline and Ringkøbing Fjord.

Welcome inside
If you need to unwind com­ple­te­ly, you have come to the right place, because in a modern holiday home like this, eve­ryt­hing is designed for comfort. The at­mosp­he­re throug­hout the 119 m² house is bright and inviting, and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout is ideal for six guests. All three bedrooms are furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, and from the living room you also have access to two lofts, one of which is equipped with extra mattres­ses. Both bathrooms have a shower and un­der­floor heating, and in the larger bathroom you can enjoy a warm spa bath. You can also relax in the living room, which is a wonderful open space with a high, slanted ceiling, plentiful natural light, an open kitchen, and cosy fur­nis­hin­gs. In addition to un­der­floor heating in the bathrooms, the house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump.

Enjoy life outside
On the 1,193 m² natural plot, the sur­ro­un­ding ve­ge­ta­tion provides shelter and creates a green and peaceful frame around outdoor living. A large, partly covered wooden terrace faces south, and on the opposite side of the house you will find a smaller terrace if you want a change of scenery. If terrace re­laxa­tion and bar­becu­ing are not on the agenda, you can slip into the trees to play hide and seek, build a fire, or relax in the hammocks. There is also a CEE outlet available, making it possible to charge an electric car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the quiet Hybenvej, you have only a short walk to the beautiful Ringkøbing Fjord, and the area’s play­gro­und is also within easy reach. If you are not in the mood for a full holiday itinerary, your days can easily be spent strolling around the scenic sur­ro­un­dings, perhaps in­ter­rup­ted by a cycling trip to the Skjern River, a visit to the local aviation museum, or a fishing trip to one of the area’s lakes. A guided tour at Stauning Whisky will no doubt be a hit with the adults, and if you want more action, the whole family can look forward to fun physical chal­len­ges at Adventure Park Ringkøbing or Wow Park Skjern.
