When this holiday home was built in 2018, great care was taken to adapt the ar­chi­tec­tu­re to Saltum’s stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings. In the living area, which combines kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, the west-facing windows stretch almost from floor to ceiling, allowing you to fully enjoy the green views while cooking or relaxing by the wood-burning stove. The local wildlife is abundant, meaning it is quite likely that deer or hares will make an ap­pea­ran­ce while you enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table.

The interior is ta­ste­ful­ly furnished in muted tones, and the vaulted ceilings with acoustic panels enhance the sense of space. Un­der­floor heating is installed throug­hout the house, including all three bedrooms and the entrance area, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A par­ti­cu­lar­ly luxurious detail is the presence of two bathrooms, one of which features a relaxing hot tub and a sauna. For the youngest guests, a stroller is also available in the house.

When the summer sun shines, you will likely want to spend most of your holiday outdoors. The holiday home sits on a generous 2,756 m² plot, perfect for outdoor acti­vi­ties. Lawn games and so­mer­saults can take place on the grass, while the wooden terrace invites sun­bat­hing, barbecues, and relaxed lounging in the garden furniture and sun loungers – with unob­structed views of nature to the south and west.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is situated in a quiet area with small roads and close to a shared sports field. For nature lovers, there is no need to travel far: the nearby protected area Lille Norge features a steep meltwater valley with views of the North Sea. If Saltum Beach calls, you can walk through the beautiful coastal landscape – or drive along the wide sandy beach from Rødhus to Løkken. In Saltum town, you can easily take care of shopping, visit galleries or antique shops, and for a fun day out, Fårup Som­mer­land offers water rides and family-friendly at­tra­ctions just a short drive away.
