You’ll enjoy a bright and spacious setting indoors, as the holiday home is a light, inviting quality con­struction of 105 m². The living area is par­ti­cu­lar­ly im­pres­si­ve, featuring a split-level design between the kitchen and lounge, an open con­nection to a loft, and high ceilings – all com­ple­men­ted by abundant natural light and fantastic dune views through the large windows. The living room also includes a wood-burning stove, heat pump with cooling, flat-screen TV with DVD and Apple TV, and many other thought­ful details, making it a cosy place to spend time.

Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can relax in the home’s largest of two bathrooms, which comes with a spa bath and sauna. When the day winds down, the four well-appointed bedrooms can ac­com­moda­te a total of eight guests.

Enjoy life outside
The house sits on a 1,979 m² dune plot that merges seam­les­s­ly with the sur­ro­un­ding natural landscape. Around the house, there are two lovely terraces to choose from, with the west-facing terrace par­ti­cu­lar­ly appealing due to its stunning position over­look­ing the untouched scenery. It’s easy to lose yourself here while sitting com­fortably in the garden chairs, enjoying the sun, holiday at­mosp­he­re, and beautiful landscape – perhaps even firing up the grill as evening ap­pro­a­ches.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The location is perfect for those seeking peace, natural beauty, and a short walk to the beach. The holiday home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and just a few hundred metres through the expansive dune area takes you to the North Sea for a re­fres­hing swim. Saltum Beach is renowned for its white sand, blue waves, and tranquil at­mosp­he­re, making it the ideal place to unwind and recharge. For a bit of fun, the fantastic Fårup Summer Park is just a few ki­lo­metres away, and you also have easy access to Jambo Feriepark, home to one of Denmark’s best mini-golf courses.
