The holiday home is a beautiful example of modern renova­tion, fully re­fur­bis­hed in 2021. Inside, you have 72 m² of living space, plus two annexes, offering plenty of room for up to 8 guests. The living room is open to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which leads directly into a bright and airy con­ser­va­tory. You can settle wherever you like—whether it’s curling up by the wood stove for a movie night or enjoying a summer barbecue in a charming setting. The layout also includes a bathroom and two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both annexes feature a double bed, and one of them even includes an ad­di­tio­nal bathroom.

Enjoy life outside
The con­ser­va­tory, furnished with a dining table and lounge seating, provides a perfect tran­si­tion between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to fully enjoy long summer evenings. During the day, soak up the sun on the terraces that follow the house’s facade and are slightly raised above the lawn. The private plot is fully fenced with paneling and picket fencing, and there’s a small path leading down to Klitvejen, making it very easy to get around.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The small street Svinget feels almost hidden, despite winding through central Blokhus—locals them­sel­ves may be surprised to discover such a charming holiday home here. Whether you take Klitvejen or Krogen, you’ll quickly reach the town center, with easy access to shops, ice cream parlors, re­stau­rants, and more. Minigolf and a waterpark are nearby, and Blokhus Beach is just 200 meters away, perfect for a dip in the North Sea morning, noon, or evening.
