Welcome inside
Built in 2017, this modern holiday home is con­structed in cedarwood with a green roof, blending seam­les­s­ly into the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. The colours of the house com­ple­ment the sand dunes and marram grass, while large windows ensure unin­ter­rup­ted views of the mag­ni­fi­cent coastal landscape from every room. The floors are laid with Italian tiles, and there’s un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house as well as free Wi-Fi.

The main living area features a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with all ap­pli­an­ces, including a Quooker, and a spacious plank table. Open to this is the view lounge plus a TV lounge with Apple TV, Xbox, and various games. The wood-burning stove is centrally located between the three rooms.

There are four stylish bedrooms: three with double beds and one bunk room. The house has two bathrooms: one with WC, bidet, bathtub, shower, and hairdryer; and one with WC, shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and tumble dryer.

Garage / Activity Room

Here you can enjoy table tennis, and there’s also a kayak, lounge chairs, cushions, mini-tennis equipment, petanque balls, and various games and toys.

Enjoy life outside
Terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun. On the south side, a covered terrace provides shelter from wind and weather, while the west terrace offers bre­ath­taking sunset views over the sea. There is a grill for outdoor cooking, and on the north side, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water lets you rinse off after a swim. The yard includes a marked mini-tennis court, a drying rack, and a private petanque lane.

The property sits on a 10,000 m² plot stret­ching all the way to the water. Just north of the house is a private path leading directly to the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
With the North Sea only 100 metres away, you’ll enjoy countless beach days. A small path through the dunes leads you straight to the sandy beach, though you can also drive via a slightly longer route if you prefer. The car can stay parked for most of your stay, as the Blokhus town centre with shops, groceries, and re­stau­rants is just about a kilometre away. The nearby dune plan­ta­tion is also within walking distance if you want to swap sand and sun for shady forest trails for a while.
