This charming holiday home is located very close to the southern end of Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge – and is further sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful deciduous and co­ni­ferous trees on its natural plot, making it feel almost as if you are living right on the edge of the forest. At the same time, Rødhus Beach is only a couple of ki­lo­metres away, so if you dream of a holiday in scenic and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, you have found just the right place.

Welcome inside
From the cosy rooms of the house, you have great contact with the lush green sur­ro­un­dings. This is espe­ci­al­ly true of the living room, where a large window section invites both sunlight and nature indoors – ensuring you won’t miss a thing if a squirrel is playing in the trees or a roe deer wanders past. On a warm summer’s day, you can even open all the glass doors to let in fresh air while preparing meals in the beautiful kitchen or sitting at the dining table with your loved ones. If it is cool outside, you may prefer to light the wood-burning stove in the living room or treat yourself to a relaxing whirlpool bath and a visit to the sauna. There are four bedrooms, all furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, so you have plenty of sleeping space when it is time to turn in for the night.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home’s large terrace area certainly adds to the enjoyment of your stay. It is wonderful to step outside with a fragrant cup of coffee and find a spot either in the sun or under the shaded, covered area. The trees on the natural plot provide good shelter for the south- and west-facing terrace, and by the main entrance on the other side of the house you will also find a smaller seating area if you feel like changing scenery. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol are of course available, and you can also make use of the barbecue, making it easy to spend most summer days outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From this idyllic address, you are just a short walk from Galleri Rødhus­gaar­den if you feel like enjoying some art. If nature is calling, lace up your running shoes or grab your bike and head out onto the beautiful forest trails of Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge. You can also make your way to the coast whenever you feel like gazing out over the North Sea or perhaps even jumping into the waves for a re­fres­hing dip. The popular seaside town of Blokhus is within easy reach of the holiday home, and if you are a golfer, it takes only five minutes by car to get to Blokhus Golf Center.

Free of charge! Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Blokhus. They can be collected directly from the office and returned once your holiday has come to an end.
