This spacious room features an im­pres­si­ve set of windows facing three di­rections, providing wonderful natural light, a lovely view of the garden, and great con­nection to the terrace area. The living room also includes a wood-burning stove and several cosy seating spots, and the stylish kitchen is elegantly in­te­gra­ted into the space.

The floor plan further includes a practical utility room, a bathroom, and three bedrooms, offering eve­ryt­hing a group of up to six people needs for a de­light­ful vacation.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoor living is equally well catered for on the 1,300 m² plot. Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the quiet Sep­ti­mus­vej, it is about one kilometre to the town centre of Blokhus, meaning if you feel like getting ice cream, browsing shops, or enjoying a re­stau­rant meal, the walk is easily ma­na­geab­le. You also have con­ve­ni­ent access to the town’s lovely sandy beach, which is beautiful in any weather and at any time of year.

If you feel like a trip into the forest, Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion is also close by. From Gateway Blokhus, you have access to wonderful hiking trails and a 10 km mountain bike route — unless you prefer to stay and enjoy the play­gro­und or the outdoor fitness trail.
