A Classic Danish Summer House with Great Comfort in a Beautiful and Peaceful Setting

Welcome inside
The summer house is decorated in a bright and welcoming style, with white wooden walls, high ceilings, and large windows in the living area. The fur­nis­hin­gs are of good quality, and there are many charming details as well as a wellness touch in the form of a spa bath and sauna in one of the bathrooms.

With eight sleeping places — including two cozy alcove beds in the living room — the house has space for a large family or two smaller ones. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the front section of the house, while the kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove are in the rear section; a very practical layout if you have children who need to go to bed early. The house also has free wireless internet, ensuring eve­ryt­hing is in place for a lovely, relaxing family holiday.

Enjoy life outside
The spacious natural plot provides plenty of room for various acti­vi­ties — from sun­bat­hing on loungers to ball games and hide-and-seek. On the southeast side of the house, there is a lovely wooden terrace, part of which is covered, offering shelter from the westerly wind or a shaded spot for when you need a break from the sun.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
In the scenic area of Rødhus, you can get very close to nature and wildlife in several ways. The North Sea is about one kilometre away, and Rødhus Beach is less crowded than Blokhus Beach, making it ideal for families with children. The house is located roughly midway between Tranum Klit­plan­ta­ge and Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge, both of which offer extensive trail systems with good op­portu­ni­ties to spot wildlife and birds. If the children are asking for more action, we recommend a trip to Denmark’s best amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land, or a round of mini golf at the Nordic region’s largest and most im­pres­si­ve course at Jambo Feriepark.
