The summer house is char­m­ing­ly decorated and full of character, making you feel welcome from the very first moment.

At the southern end of the house, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room with access to a lovely terrace. In addition, the opposite end of the house features a nice bathroom and three com­fortab­le bedrooms.

The outdoor sur­ro­un­dings make this holiday home truly special. Here, you can enjoy peace and tranqui­li­ty, and with the short distance to the beach, you’re gu­a­ran­te­ed quality time and wonderful ex­pe­ri­en­ces. On warm summer evenings, the terrace is perfect for barbecues and re­laxa­tion. Guests also have free access to a tennis court located on the ho­meow­ners’ shared property.

The summer house is situated in one of the most desirable areas of Saltum, spe­ci­fi­cal­ly Lille Norge, an older de­ve­l­op­ment where plots are still oc­ca­sio­nal­ly offered for sale. This par­ti­cu­lar house lies in one of the original parts of the area, establis­hed many years ago, ensuring peace and quiet with no con­struction noise or heavy traffic. The North Sea is less than a kilometer away, and in nearby Saltum, you’ll find Denmark’s best amusement park — Fårup Som­mer­land.
