The holiday home is beau­ti­ful­ly decorated in a classic Scan­di­navi­an style with large windows, high ceilings and high-quality furniture and ap­pli­an­ces – this is truly a top-class holiday home.

The spacious living area combines kitchen, dining area and lounge in one open space, yet cleverly divided by half-walls that subtly separate the in­di­vi­du­al zones.

The house features three bedrooms and ac­com­moda­tes up to six overnight guests, and the bathroom includes a shower and access to a sauna.

You’ll find all essential ap­pli­an­ces, such as a dis­hwas­her, washing machine and tumble dryer, and with the wood-burning stove lit, the cosy and relaxing holiday at­mosp­he­re spreads quickly throug­hout the house.

Enjoy life outside
The large natural plot offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the summer in peace and quiet. Tall trees provide great shelter from traffic and passers-by.

Children can play on the lawn or in the sandbox, while adults can watch from the spacious, partially covered wooden terrace.

Guests also have free access to the ho­meow­ners’ as­so­ci­a­tion’s tennis court.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum is one of the loveliest areas in all of North Jutland. There are endless op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy nature: Nols Lake, the protected “Lille Norge” area, the extensive trail network through the holiday-home area and the dunes, and of course the large and fa­sci­nat­ing North Sea, which is cap­ti­vat­ing both summer and winter.

Families with children will ap­pre­ci­a­te a round on the large mini-golf course at Jambo Feriepark or a full day at Denmark’s best amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land.

For shopping, you can head to Saltum town, where you'll find a su­per­mar­ket, bakery and butcher.
