Welcome inside

The 117 m² house sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Koglevej, right next to a large protected dune area, which explains the mag­ni­fi­cent views. From the cosy bay window in the living room, you can enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper while looking directly out over the dunes – a truly special setting. The spacious living area features com­fortab­le seating, a dining area, wood-burning stove, heat pump and flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living area, and the floor plan also includes four good bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside

Step outside and take in the beauty of the sur­ro­un­ding dune landscape from the 2,500 m² plot. Around the house, there’s room for play and ball games on the grassy areas with a view of the dunes. Climb to the top of the nearest dune for a panoramic view of the hilly coastal scenery. The dunes also provide excellent shelter, making the south-facing, partly covered wooden terrace a pleasant place to sit even when the wind blows in from the sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

From the peaceful Koglevej, you have easy access to the North Sea. Follow the small paths through the dunes, and within just 400 metres you’ll reach Saltum Beach – perfect for swimming in the waves, building sandcast­les and watching un­for­get­tab­le sunsets. The location is won­der­ful­ly tranquil, yet close to many of the area’s most popular at­tra­ctions. Families with children will love Fårup Som­mer­land and the fun minigolf course at Jambo Holiday Park. Blokhus and Løkken are perfect day trips for those who want to enjoy seaside charm and a good lunch, and in Hune you can visit Anne Just’s Garden and the Sculpture Park.
