This summer house was ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1965 and underwent a major and beautiful renova­tion in 2017, making it fully ready to welcome excited guests. The 84m² house consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, three bedrooms, and a large, open-plan kitchen and living area. All furniture, beds, and ap­pli­an­ces are of high quality, and the interior design is modern and cozy, with the wood-burning stove as the finishing touch—there’s nothing better than lighting a fire after a long walk along the beach or through the forest. The summer house is well-equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces and con­ve­ni­en­ces, including a heat pump, satellite TV, and wireless internet, which the kids will espe­ci­al­ly ap­pre­ci­a­te when they need a little break with music, a game, or an episode of their favorite series. The house also includes a bed and highchair for small children, making it ideal for families. However, if you're a couple or two traveling together, the house also offers great and fun­ctio­nal fa­ci­li­ties for that purpose.

Enjoy Outdoor Living

The summer house is situated on a beautiful and charming natural plot, offering plenty of space to play, run around, and kick a ball. With swings and a sandbox, kids will always have something to do. The house features a terrace on three sides, ensuring that you can always find a sunny spot. Part of the terrace can also be enclosed, making it easier to keep an eye on pets and small children. And after a long day at the beach, you can rinse off the sand, salt, and sweat under the outdoor shower.

Explore the Local At­tra­ctions

The North Sea is just 1.6 km from the summer house, with a bike path covering most of the way. Saltum Beach is less crowded than the larger beaches in Blokhus and Løkken, making it easy to find a peaceful spot where children can build sandcast­les and play ball. Within walking distance, you’ll find a small grocery store at Saltum Strand Camping, perfect for picking up fresh bread rolls and the daily newspaper. For larger shopping trips, Saltum town offers a bakery, butcher, pizzeria, and a variety of in­te­r­e­sting shops, galleries, and antique stores. For a fun family day out, we highly recommend a visit to Fårup Som­mer­land, an award-winning amusement park known for its fantastic rides and excellent customer service. The park offers acti­vi­ties for the whole family and has great dining options, but you can also bring your own food and use the many free barbecue stations.
