The holiday home was built in 2002 and was last renovated in 2020, which means it appears neat and well main­tai­ned. Indoors, you have 108 m² at your disposal, and the layout is cleverly designed so that eight people can easily and com­fortably spend a holiday together. All four bedrooms are furnished with good double beds, and the house has both a large bathroom and a smaller guest toilet. When it’s time to truly unwind, you can prepare for a proper wellness ex­pe­ri­en­ce with the spa and sauna in the bathroom – or you can light up the wood-burning stove, watch a good film on the TV, and relax on the sofa. The sofa area is part of the spacious living room, which also features a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen. The loft is also arranged as a cozy nook, fitted with mattres­ses and a TV with Play­Sta­tion.

Enjoy life outside
Children at heart and lovers of the good life will enjoy the great outdoors on the 2,359 m² plot. It is green and lush, with plenty of space to play on the lawn and to sunbathe on the lovely terrace areas placed around the holiday home. To make outdoor living even more complete, there is a pétanque court, darts, a hammock, a swing, and even an outdoor shower so your morning rinse can take place to the sound of birdsong from the treetops.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is beau­ti­ful­ly situated in the scenic landscape near Rødhus Beach. If you want to combine a dip in the North Sea with a lovely walk, you can head out on foot through the im­pres­si­ve coastal landscape – but you can also choose to take the car and drive directly onto the beach. Driving is allowed here along the stretch from Rødhus to Løkken, giving you the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy a truly specta­cu­lar drive along the water’s edge. It is also wonderful to simply stay in the local area to enjoy the peace and unspoiled nature, as it is easy to relax here and recharge your energy.
