This classic wooden holiday home has been com­ple­te­ly renovated in 2021 and now presents itself in an ex­cep­tio­nal­ly at­tra­cti­ve style. The décor is bright and airy, and the use of natural materials and soft, muted colours gives the rooms a beautiful Nordic expres­sion that fits perfectly with the scenic sur­ro­un­dings.

Through the windows, you can enjoy views of gentle dunes and wide skies – whether you’re relaxing in the living room, cooking in the open kitchen or stret­ching after a good night’s sleep in one of the home’s three bedrooms or the extra bedroom in the annex.

In extension of the annex’s bathroom, you’ll find a sauna – and from here, too, you can enjoy a view of the dunes. What a wonderful way to unwind com­ple­te­ly!

Enjoy life outside
On the 3,143 m² natural plot, an outdoor terrace en­viron­ment has been created that is every bit as at­tra­cti­ve as the house itself. The wooden terrace is sunny and very private, and high-quality garden furniture and sun loungers ensure you can relax in comfort while enjoying good weather and good company. Next to the annex, there is an outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off the saltwater when you return from the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
And beach trips are sure to be plentiful, as the house is located in second row from the water and only 150 metres from Rødhus Beach. Ka­ske­lot­ten is a quiet cul-de-sac, and the house is located near the end of it in a popular and scenic area.

Close to the home, a small path leads you the final stretch through the dunes down to the beach’s white sand, where you have plenty of space to play, take long walks or simply relax on a blanket.

There is also easy access to forest areas, thanks to the large Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion, and you can quickly reach Blokhus, Hune or Pandrup for shopping or dining out.
