Welcome inside
The holiday setting is bright and stylish in this 105 m² home, built in 2023. The layout includes a small utility room and a spacious bathroom with a double shower, as well as four well-appointed bedrooms providing sleeping space for eight guests. The at­mosp­he­re is light and airy throug­hout, espe­ci­al­ly in the open-plan living area, where the kitchen and lounge flow seam­les­s­ly together. Cooking ent­hu­si­asts will enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen—perhaps with the bio-fireplace warming the room while sampling the evening’s wine. The dining area is perfect for gathering, while a cozy alcove and com­fortab­le sofa area offer plenty of space to relax.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, large windows frame views of the lush natural plot, and the ex­pe­ri­en­ce is even better when you slide open the doors onto the terrace. The 1,567 m² plot is gently sloping, so on the south-facing terrace you can enjoy views of a small hill and the sur­ro­un­ding treetops—ideal for sun­bat­hing or grilling under the covered area. On the west side of the house, four steps lead down to the lawn and tram­po­li­ne, which is sure to be a hit with the kids.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
An outdoor shower is a practical addition after returning from beach excur­sions. The holiday home is about 1.6 km from the North Sea, making it easy to spend plenty of time by the water. If you prefer forest walks or nature play­gro­unds, Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion and the popular Gateway area are close at hand. Shopping is con­ve­ni­ent in both Hune and Blokhus, where you can also enjoy ice cream and dine out. And for family fun, Fårup Som­mer­land offers a variety of exciting rides and at­tra­ctions for children.
