The sur­ro­un­ding dune and forest landscape is rich in birdlife and wildlife, and the nearby beach with its rolling dunes is a popular desti­na­tion for swimming and re­laxa­tion by the North Sea. In Blokhus town, you can shop, enjoy a meal at one of the many cafés and re­stau­rants, or simply take a leisurely stroll through the streets. For a day filled with fun and exci­te­ment, Fårup Som­mer­land—one of Scan­di­navia’s largest and most popular amusement parks—is only a short drive away and offers countless at­tra­ctions for the whole family.
