Welcome inside
There is plenty of space for everyone at Egonsvej 2. The main house measures 116 m², and the annex provides an ad­di­tio­nal 20 m² of living space. Two of the house’s three bedrooms are separate with their own entrances, and one of them even has a private bathroom. Both feature double beds, while the third bedroom in the main house is extra spacious and furnished with two double beds.

The layout also includes a large bathroom, a utility room, and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a spacious and inviting living area with several cozy corners and seating options. Part of the living room features a built-in fireplace, TV, and a com­fortab­le sofa ar­ran­ge­ment. From here, you can look into a lovely dining area po­si­tio­ned by a large, southeast-facing window—perfect for a relaxed morning with brunch, coffee, and views of the garden.

Enjoy life outside
The outdoor areas on the 1,090 m² plot are just as inviting. From the living room, you have direct access to a southeast-facing terrace, and between the house and the annex you will find another terrace that is so well sheltered it almost feels like a private sun courtyard. Outside the annex bedroom, there is also a secluded seating area, and the lawn offers plenty of space for play and cartwhe­els for the youngest family members

Egonsvej is plea­sant­ly tucked away, making it an ideal choice if re­laxa­tion is at the top of your holiday wish list. If you want to explore Blokhus Dune Plan­ta­tion or enjoy the nature play­gro­und at the Blokhus Gateway, it is only a short walk before you find yourself on the forest paths. If instead you are in the mood for an ice cream or some shopping, the town center is just a few hundred meters away. And if a re­fres­hing dip in the North Sea is calling, the beach is also within easy walking distance.
