Relaxing holiday home with balcony views and beautiful sunsets over Blokhus
House-ID: BL1549You can truly sit back and enjoy holiday life to the fullest in this summer house – especially when you’re relaxing on the balcony with views over Blokhus and the stunning sunsets of summer.
Welcome inside
It’s certainly not just the surroundings that deserve attention, as the summer house itself is a cosy and atmospheric retreat spanning a generous 106 m². In the living room, the rustic wooden ceiling adds plenty of character, and with a wood-burning stove, comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast and cable channels, everything is set for many enjoyable and relaxing moments together.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped, and you’ll also benefit from a utility room with a washing machine as well as a bathroom with a shower. There are three bedrooms in total, all located on the first floor and furnished with comfortable double beds to ensure a good night’s sleep.
Enjoy life outside
The covered balcony on the first floor is likely to become one of your favourite spots. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views over the scenic surroundings towards the sea and the landmark in Blokhus. In the evening, you can watch as the setting sun paints the sky and sea in warm shades of orange and red – and if you haven’t already done so, the sunset might just be the perfect cue to start preparing dinner on the grill out on the house’s lovely terrace.
Get up close to the local attractions
When you’re not spending your holiday days soaking up the sun on the terrace, there’s plenty to see and do in and around Blokhus. If you’re in the mood for a swim, the North Sea and its beautiful sandy beach are less than a kilometre away – and even if the weather isn’t ideal for a dip, a walk along the shoreline is always a wonderful experience.
In the centre of Blokhus, you can browse the shops and enjoy dining out, and if you’re lucky, your stay may coincide with concerts or other events held on the town square. For cultural experiences, visit the Sculpture Park or the Paper Art Museum in nearby Hune, where you’ll also find Anne Just’s Garden – a must-see for garden lovers. If you prefer wild nature, head into Blokhus Klitplantage, while thrill-seekers of all ages will love a day out at the exciting rides of Fårup Sommerland.
