Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location

Location

The holiday home, renovated in 2018, is located approx. 6 km north of Rödeby in the Blekinge region, in a quiet and nature-oriented setting. Lake Yasjön is about 2 km away. The property consists of a main house and a guest house and is situated on a approx. 2,300 m² plot with a large garden. The beautiful coastal town of Karlskro­na is only about 20 km away.

Fa­ci­li­ties

The holiday home has a living area of 42 m². Upon entering the house, you step directly into the living area with a leather sofa, armchair, a small dining area and a large fireplace. Adjacent is the two-part kitchen, which is equipped with, among other things, a two-burner hob with a small oven, a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer com­part­ment, a toaster and a coffee machine. Directly next to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living area, a staircase leads to the upper floor. Under the stairs there is a single bed. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Just a few steps from the main house is the approx. 22 m² guest house. Upon entering the guest house, you step into a small hallway with a washing machine and a small counter with a coffee machine, cups and glasses. On the left side is a toilet room with a com­posting toilet (washbasin with cold water only). At the rear is the bedroom with two single beds.

Special Features

Arrival and departure take place on Saturdays. Final cleaning is included in the price. Towels and bed linen can be rented op­tio­nal­ly for EUR 12 per person.
