Skovmose is a very nice holiday home area situated near Skovby with shopping fa­ci­li­ties and a re­stau­rant. The child-friendly sandy beach near Skovmose is among the best beaches on Als. There are many at­tra­ctions in Southern Jutland. Denmark´s at­tra­ction Universe Science Park is situated on Als. The castle is Sønderborg is also worth a visit as well as the idyllic harbour area
