From here, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the first rays of sunlight. The summer house also features two bedrooms with double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, and there is a separate toilet for added con­ve­ni­en­ce. The entire house is ta­ste­ful­ly decorated in a light and cozy style, creating a pleasant and welcoming at­mosp­he­re.

Enjoy life outside
Step outside and discover a secluded garden with a terrace directly connected to the house. The property features a well-main­tai­ned lawn, areas with natural grass, and various bushes, creating an idyllic setting for outdoor acti­vi­ties. There is plenty of space for ball games and play, while the multiple seating areas throug­hout the garden invite you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. In front of the summer house, there is a driveway with space for a car, making your arrival con­ve­ni­ent and hassle-free. This summer house is perfect for a family vacation, where both children and adults can enjoy the tranquil en­viron­ment and outdoor acti­vi­ties.

Situated in the heart of Liseleje, in a quiet and peaceful area set back from the main street, this summer house offers the perfect base for exploring the local at­tra­ctions. A short walk takes you to the child-friendly beach with fine, light sand and shallow waters, ideal for playing and relaxing. The nearby nature play­gro­und, Havtyren, is a favorite among children, offering plenty of fun and adventure in beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. The town’s charming shops, bakery, and grocery stores are also within walking distance, making it easy to indulge in local de­li­ca­cies. For nature lovers, the sur­ro­un­ding area boasts beautiful woodlands and coastal trails, perfect for long walks and expl­ora­tion. No noise or loud music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Speakers, sound boxes, etc., may not be used outdoors or brought along.
As the holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home area, guests are expected to behave in a way that does not disturb neighbors or others in the vicinity with excessive noise, except for natural play. Otherwise, this will be con­si­de­red a breach of the rental agreement.
