In the southern part of Rømø, you will find Havneby, a holiday paradise sur­ro­un­ded by mag­ni­fi­cent nature. Here you can go sailing on the Wadden Sea or explore the coastal areas on foot, horseback or by bike. There are plenty of lovely trails and routes to explore the fa­sci­nat­ing terrain and enjoy beautiful views. The harbour is a testament to proud fishing tra­di­tions, and here you will see im­pres­si­ve boats swaying and waiting for the next departure. You can also grab a bite to eat at the inn or one of the other eateries to get an authentic taste of Rømø – for example, after a game of tennis or an afternoon of golf.

Ebeltoft is a small town frozen in time, with crooked half-timbered houses and narrow, cobbled streets. And just a short distance from the coast, you have several child-friendly beaches within easy reach. Along the coasts there is also ample op­portu­ni­ty for water sports and angling. Here you can also visit the historic frigate, Jylland. Ebeltoft is sur­ro­un­ded by Djursland’s beautiful natural areas and well-known at­tra­ctions. Here you will find, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Som­mer­land amusement park and the natural Bronze Age landscape, Trehøje. Ex­pe­ri­en­ces that will un­doub­ted­ly give you a rush and leave a smile on your face.

Horne Som­mer­land is a popular summer land area on Southern Funen. The region is sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful green nature with open co­un­trysi­de and idyllic coast­li­nes. Around these parts, you will have a range of outdoor acti­vi­ties right at your fin­ger­tips. Among other things, coastal hiking trails, bicycle tracks for you to explore the local wildlife and flora that are par­ti­cu­lar­ly cha­ra­cte­ri­stic of the sur­ro­un­ding on Southern Funen. The region is also at­tra­cting anglers as both sailing and angling are extremely popular acti­vi­ties around these parts. Near the summer land area, you will also find the port town of Bøjden and from here, you can reach Als directly by ferry.
