Who is Fe­ri­e­part­ner Denmark

Fe­ri­e­part­ner Denmark is part of the EDC Group and has a coo­pe­ra­tion agreement with a number of in­de­pen­dent Fe­ri­e­part­ner companies, which may be in­di­vi­du­al­ly owned, establis­hed as corporate entities, or operated by a local tourist office/as­so­ci­a­tion (col­lecti­ve­ly referred to as "Fe­ri­e­part­ner"). It is the in­di­vi­du­al Fe­ri­e­part­ner company that is the data con­trol­ler when you are in contact with Fe­ri­e­part­ner.

Your Personal Data

We register your personal data for the purpose of ful­fil­ling our agre­e­ments with you – that is, to deliver the services you choose to purchase from us, or in con­nection with our marketing. When you rent or let a holiday home via Fe­ri­e­part­ner, we may need ad­di­tio­nal in­for­ma­tion, such as your bank account details. In those cases, you will receive further in­for­ma­tion about how we process your personal data.

We store the collected personal data as long as necessary for Fe­ri­e­part­ner to deliver the relevant services and con­si­de­ring the ap­pli­cab­le statute of li­mi­ta­tions in Denmark.

However, Fe­ri­e­part­ner may share your in­for­ma­tion with af­fi­li­a­ted companies or external IT providers (data pro­ces­sors), as outlined below, to the extent necessary to manage our re­la­tions­hip and coo­pe­ra­tion with you. Fe­ri­e­part­ner uses external IT service providers who may access and process your personal data on behalf of Fe­ri­e­part­ner.
