Søn­der­strand

The area is divided into Langdal, Søn­der­strand and Landsende and offers lush and rich nature with plan­ta­tions, forests, heathers and dunes. A stone’s throw from here you will find Søn­der­stran­den, one of Rømø’s gems with its wide, desert-like sand surface that invites you to spend wonderful days by the water. Try, for example, beach sailing, kite buggying or hop on a surfboard. The beach is also perfect for relaxing walks, where you can enjoy the mag­ni­fi­cent view and maybe even spot seals on the coast.
