The quaint harbour town of Hvide Sande was founded around the fishing industry, and you can feel the authentic harbour atmosphere as soon as you stroll through the area. The boats arrive every day with their catches and unload at the quay.

The day's catch is sold at the fish auction, which also opens its doors to the town's guests several times a year, inviting them inside for a tourist fish auction.
