This cozy holiday home is centrally located in the charming market town of Ærøskøbing, within walking distance of the marina and a few hundred meters from Ve­ster­strand with the small, charming beach houses. Ærøskøbing center is only 500 meters away.

The house contains a spacious living room with a dining area, sofa bed and a large sliding door leading to a covered, south-facing terrace and garden with swing and sandbox. There are also 2 good bedrooms, an entrance hall, a nicely renovated utility room where the fish can be cleaned, a newly renovated bathroom and a spacious and new kitchen with dis­hwas­her and dining nook.

Ærøskøbing is one of the most well-preserved market towns in Denmark with cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and a lively summer en­viron­ment with music venues and many re­stau­rants. Right next to the cozy harbor is a lovely, child-friendly beach.
