Description
Updated and tastefully decorated holiday home in 1st row to the sea separated from the beach by a small road only. The house is located in the idyllic town Marstal. The house is two-storeyed and includes on the ground floor a modern, separate kitchen, tiled bathroom with shower and a cosy living room with double sofabed and a dining section. From the living room you have a fantastic view across the sea and you can access the terrace which also faces the sea. On the 1st floor there are an extra toilet and the two bedrooms.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
