Steep stairs to the 1st floor with 1 bedrooms with double bed and a small bathroom. From the kitchen you can access the unheated conservatory and the small backyard. Cosy house with limited space, most suitable for two adults and two children.

The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach. Parking close to the house can be difficult.
