Cozy and completely renovated (in 2019) town house in Marstal. The house is few meters from the main street, the harbor, the beach and the famous beach houses on Eriks Hale. The ground floor of the house has a living room, a shower and toilet and an exit to the terrace. In addition, there is a kitchen in open connection with the dining room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 2 beds and a living room with a double sofa bed. A few hundred meters away is the start of the bus route - which is for free at Ærø.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
