This charming holiday home is located in one of the oldest farm buildings on Ærø suitable best for 8 people with the possibility of 10. Here you can spend a holiday in idyllic and calm surroundings halfway between Marstal and Ærøskøbing. The farm is divided into a large main house and a separate building. The main house has a scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer, living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There are another 3 bedrooms in the separate building. The house is perfect for 2 families with lots of space on the 4000 m2 large plot.
The area
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept smalltowns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach. The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
