Nice, updated wooden house located in the small holiday home area Borgnæs 3 km north of Ærøskøbing. The house contains a new kitchen, a new bathroom, a small cosy conservatory and wooden floors all over. Closed garden with several terraces. It is situated close to a very nice beach where you can use a bathing jetty from april to october. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking along the archipelago which is 200 meters from the house, visits to the villages of Vindeballe and Tranderup with inn and one of the island's oldest churches with beautiful frescoes.

Borgnæs is the only traditional holiday home area on Ærø just 3 km from the historical town Ærøskøbing.
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept market towns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
