Welcome inside: The holiday home was ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1976 and extended in 2004 with an addition that includes a lovely living room and a bedroom with direct access to a bathroom. The house also features a separate kitchen-dining area with a cosy dining space, wood-burning stove, and an inviting nook with armchairs. From here, there is access to a partially covered wooden terrace.

The kitchen is well equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dis­hwas­her, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee pots for French press coffee. The bright living room has large windows that allow plenty of natural daylight and is furnished with sofas, an armchair, and a TV with Waoo Flex TV package.

The house offers two bathrooms with shower areas and four bedrooms: one with a double bed (two single beds pushed together), one with two single beds, one with one single bed, and one with bunk beds (lower bunk 100 x 200 cm, upper bunk 80 x 200 cm). A washing machine is available in the out­bu­il­ding. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump as well as a wood-burning stove.

Free wireless fibre internet is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Please note: Rentals to youth groups (ages 15–25) are not permitted.

Enjoy life outside: The house is set on a 1,448 m² natural plot and offers several terrace areas, including a partially covered wooden terrace and an open tiled terrace. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The holiday home is located on a quiet, closed road just 400 metres from the beach, where a bathing jetty is installed during the summer months.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 7 km west of Ka­lund­borg on the Røsnæs peninsula. Just a few ki­lo­metres away you will find a beautiful golf course, and about 2 km from the house lies Denmark’s largest winery, Dyrehøj Vingård, with a shop, wine bar, and re­stau­rant open daily, as well as guided tours of the vineyards, winery, and di­stil­le­ry.

At the tip of Røsnæs, around 4 km from the house, you will find a protected nature reserve with ex­cep­tio­nal scenery and a wide network of hiking and cycling trails. Røsnæs has been part of Denmark’s Nature Canon since 2018 and is described as “an un­for­get­tab­le nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce in every way.” As the wester­n­most point of Zealand, Røsnæs is known for its many hours of sunshine, natural beauty, high coastal cliffs, dramatic landsca­pes, and varied, hilly terrain.

Good shopping options are available in Ka­lund­borg, just a ten-minute drive away, and København can be reached in just over an hour by car.
